Hotel Metropolitan,
aware of the situation related to SARS-COV-2, is glad to offer himself to his Guests completely renovated and sanitized both in the rooms and in the common areas.
We have in fact established, following the guidelines given by WHO and following the directives of the Federalberghi Hotel Association, a protocol for the protection of our collaborators and our Guests, that we will scrupulously follow in each part.

Sanitation and disinfection
All Hotel’s facilities and its Apartments (Met’s apartment and My House), will be sanitized with specific treatments of natural purification, able to eradicate all kinds of bacteria, viruses and other microrganisms.
The treatment will be made after each check-out, in order to offer to the next Guest a fully sanitized and disinfected room. The same treatment will be made in the common areas, lobby, reception, breakfast room and meeting rooms.

Smart working
Our Guests will also be able to work safely in smart working, using our broadband wifi with over 200 mb in downloads and 30 in uploads, in all Hotel rooms and apartments.

Since the buffet is not available, the breakfast service will be served “a la carte” with table service, individually, respecting the social distance by our staff that will be equipped with the appropriate DPI protections.

Food delivery
In collaboration with the adjacent restaurants we are ready with a food delivery service so that Our Guests can dine respecting the social space in their rooms, in the apartments, in the roof-garden or in our common areas with service carried out by our staff equipped with the appropriate DPI protections

Terrace – roof garden
Completely renovated, with indoor living spaces, our Guests can enjoy the cocktails prepared by our bartenders and dine with the excellent gastronomic products that our region offers.
